SALES TAX | We charge local sales taxes based on BC Sales tax laws. International customers may be charged duty by your country of origin at time of package delivery. This is not a factor, unfortunately, that we can control so please check with your international shipping authority for details.

ORDER CHARGES | To get your items to you in a jiffy, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item within 3-5 business days and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.

SHIPPING | We ship via Canada Post to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number Canada Post has provided to us.

Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days of ordering; however, some orders may take up 3-5 days (business) to process depending on weekends or holidays.
